  • To access the Commercial Guarantee:

    – deliver together with the product the purchase receipt or invoice that proves the date and place of purchase.

    – accurately describe the defect.

  • Out of warranty repairs:

    The Service Center, after having viewed and analyzed the product, will communicate the cost estimate. In case of refusal of the estimate, the Assistance Center will charge the costs of transport and diagnosis.
