The product is “Kick Start”: to start, you must first push up to 3 km/h, then press the accelerator.

When the product is charging the charger light remains red even after several hours of charging, why?
First of all, check if the scooter receives the charge even if the charger LED remains red. If the light stays red for a long time, the charger may be damaged, and will need to be replaced.

The electric brake is more or less strong as a function of inertia and speed, therefore the scooter never brakes abruptly. If you need to brake sharply, you can step on the rear wheel mudguard with your foot.

Is it possible to travel uphill with the LEX R8 Lite and Plus models?
The uphill slope of the R8 Lite and R8 Plus models is 10 ° due to the 250W motor, only the models with 350W motor can go uphill to 15 ° considering a weight of about 60-75.

The app does not need to manage the scooter. The following can be managed via the control display: - Gear change (1 single click on the ON/OFF button) - Light on (double click on the ON/OFF button) - If you want to change from Mp/h to km/h at the moment switch on, keep the ON/OFF button pressed for a long time. - The charge is shown on the display in the same way as for the phones there are “notches” - The speed is seen on the display, - The product has a shock absorber on the back, also visible from the joint that is located behind the scooter. The wheels are “Inflation Free” therefore not with an air chamber, but full of soft internal rubber.
